BLADR AI An Intelligent Operating System for Modern Barbershops
A barbershop can have great barbers, loyal customers, and a beautiful space, but behind every appointment, there's a lot to manage.
Bookings come in. Customers cancel. Empty time slots go unused. Follow-ups get missed. And too much time can end up going into managing the business instead of serving the people who walk through the door.
That got me thinking: what if a barbershop could manage the entire customer journey and its daily operations in one place?
That idea became BLADR AI an intelligent operating system for modern barbershops.
I built the customer experience around easy service discovery and appointment booking, then connected it with a business dashboard for managing appointments and understanding performance. I also explored how automation could help businesses respond to cancellations and make better use of available time.
My goal wasn't just to make something that looks good. It was to build a product around a real business problem something practical, thoughtfully designed, and useful beyond the first click.
I built BLADR AI with Base44, bringing the customer-facing experience and business operations together in one product.
Excited to share a major update! We’ve just rolled out a fresh design for our AI platform. 🚀
Our focus was on streamlining complex AI workflows into an intuitive, responsive, and frictionless interface—making it easier to build, iterate, and deploy without clutter.
