Budget tracker for income and expenses
Calendar combining tasks, invoice due dates, project deadlines and follow-ups
Reports with cash-flow charts, top clients and win rate
2. EstatePilot CRM: for real estate agents
Buyer and seller CRM, lead pipeline and property listings
Showings, open houses, offers, escrow and a closing checklist
Document tracker and a combined calendar of closings, showings and follow-ups
Commission tracker that calculates your net commission after your split
Built-in mortgage and ROI calculators, rental portfolio, marketing campaigns and vendor directory

One HTML file, nothing to install, and no monthly fees
Works offline on desktop, tablet and phone

Threadly is a SaaS dashboard for independent sellers who need one clear workspace for products, orders, stores, and sales performance.
We focused on making commerce data feel approachable: key metrics are easy to scan, top products stay visible, recent orders are structured clearly, and product quick views give sellers deeper context without interrupting their workflow.

Adidas Sales Performance & Profitability Analysis (Capstone Project)
Overview:
A comprehensive interactive Excel analytics dashboard developed as a Capstone Project to analyze Adidas' overall sales revenue, unit distribution, regional performance, and profit margins. This dashboard transforms raw retail data into executive-ready visuals that highlight top-performing channels, regional growth opportunities, and product category trends.
