AI and advanced workflow automation are completely transforming how digital operations scale. I engineered a fully functional, autonomous AI-powered Restaurant Chatbot workflow that handles the entire ordering pipeline from a single conversation to a final confirmation.

⚙️ How the Workflow Automates Operations

Conversational Frontend: A custom AI Agent ("Zesty") engages with customers to seamlessly take order requests.

Live Data Sync: The agent queries Google Sheets in real time to fetch live menu items, pricing, and availability.

Structured Data Extraction: Unstructured chat inputs are instantly parsed, validated, and structured by the LLM.

Database Management: The structured order data is securely logged into Airtable for fulfillment tracking.

Instant Notifications: The system triggers an automated, instant confirmation email to the customer via Gmail.

Workflow Orchestration: n8n

LLM Engine: Groq API (llama-3.3-70b-versatile)

Database & Inventory: Google Sheets & Airtable

Communication Pipelines: Gmail

Context Retention: Simple Memory (for multi-turn, natural conversational flow)

Meet Compagnon — a mobile-first Operating System designed to give field artisans their evenings back.

The Problem: After a heavy shift, craftsmen spend up to an hour every evening doing manual admin work (calculating quotes, checking tax compliance, drafting PDFs). The Solution: Compagnon turns that 60-minute nightmare into a 3-minute on-site workflow.

Workflow & Tools Used: I leveraged Figma Make AI to instantly generate the core B2E architecture and layout structures. By automating the foundation, I could step in as a Lead Designer and focus entirely on the craft: 🌿 Building a premium, eco-friendly design system. 👆 Enlarging touch targets specifically for users wearing work gloves. ☀️ Optimizing contrast and soft shadows for direct sunlight visibility.
