Built a 3-day database reactivation sequence to re-engage cold leads through branching SMS logic. The workflow waits for a contact reply and routes them down different paths based on how they respond — 'yes,' 'no,' or no reply after 3 days — sending tailored follow-up SMS messages at each branch and automatically removing contacts from the workflow once they've been handled. This turns a stale, unresponsive database into an active re-engagement funnel without manual outreach.
