Built and shipped a collection of 16 Garmin watch faces and utility apps to the Connect IQ Store in collaboration with designer-developer Ivan Lukichev. My role covered the full publishing pipeline: writing app descriptions, preparing store listings, coordinating releases, testing on-device, and managing the submission process through Garmin's moderation.
All 16 apps passed review on the first submission. The collection includes watch faces (Metric Rings, Progress Arcs, 1989 Sport LCD, Football 2026, and others) and utility data fields like Battery FIT. Apps are mostly free, actively downloaded, and have received 5-star reviews from users.
More apps are currently in preparation.

I built FoundIt, an AI-powered visual memory assistant using Figma Make.
The idea came from a simple everyday frustration: we often remember what we own, but forget where we kept it. Keys disappear, passports get misplaced, chargers move between rooms, and important belongings end up in a "safe place" that we can never remember later.
The problem I wanted to solve was that physical objects are not searchable. While our digital files are organized and easy to find, our homes have no memory layer connecting items to locations.
With FoundIt, users can simply take a photo of an object, let AI identify it automatically, assign it to a room, and retrieve it later through search. Instead of feeling like a traditional inventory tool, I wanted the experience to feel more like Apple Photos meets Pinterest—a visual memory board for the things we own.
The biggest challenge was creating a frictionless experience. I wanted AI to do most of the work so users don't have to manually name, categorize, or organize every item.

The realtime metrics panel alongside the call management charts is a smart layout choice. Keeping live data and historical context in the same view without it feeling crowded is tricky to pull off in dashboard design.
How I Saved a Venture-Backed Founder 15 Hours a Week by Auditing Their Inbox Noise
If you look at a busy founder’s calendar, you will usually find a bottleneck. They are trapped spending 3–4 hours a day answering baseline queries, sorting calendar invites, and managing basic operational friction instead of closing sales or scaling their product.
When I took over operations for a growth-stage tech startup founder last quarter, their inbox was a war zone, over 200 unread messages a day, mixing critical investor updates with low-tier software notifications.
Here is the exact 3-step administrative framework I used to clear the noise, protect their time, and optimize their daily workflow:
1. The 3-Tier Labeling Architecture
We built an asynchronous protocol where emails are strictly filtered into three categories upon arrival:
Action Required (Tier 1): Time-sensitive matters requiring the founder’s personal sign-off.
Watchlist (Tier 2): Industry updates, project tracking, or team movements to be reviewed in a single 15-minute block at the end of the day.
Handled (Tier 3): Administrative, scheduling, or vendor tasks that I resolve entirely without interrupting their focus.
2. Guarding the Calendar Like a Gatekeeper
We stopped allowing external tools to book meetings directly onto the main calendar without a buffer. Every meeting request now undergoes an intensive alignment check: Is there a clear agenda? Can this be handled via a brief Slack update or video memo? By enforcing asynchronous rules, we cut down active meeting time by 35%.
3. Creating Predictable Communication Blocks
Instead of checking notifications every 10 minutes, the founder now operates on two dedicated 30-minute communication windows daily. The rest of the day is preserved for deep work and high-level strategy.
