I went a different firection for the CapCut Challenge
A 30 second continous handheld camcorder shot from an Early 2000's house party.
I wanted to create the real, candid feel from a time when people lived their lives and did not perform for a camera.
@Greg Xavier The continuous handheld shot and early-2000s house-party setting fit the candid intent well. Did you add the camcorder texture in post or capture it in-camera?
It was all generated as is - I included text in the prompt to give it the effect of a early 2000's camcorder

Hello everyone! I'm excited to present my second work for the @CapCut Seedance 2.5 Video Challenge by Contra !
The idea of this video is that we can be different and try on different roles. But the main thing is to remain ourselves!
How I made it:
Formulated the idea and wrote the script
Broke down the script into timelines and detailed each scene
Validated and generated the required prompt in Claude over several iterations with manual adjustments
Generated the video in CapCut Seedance 2.5, also over several iterations (Seedance 2.5, Text to video, 30s, 720p, 16:9).

Created in CapCut Video Studio with Seedance 2.5, with continuous camera movement, realistic high-speed maneuvers, missile impacts, and cinematic tension.
