Kays — SaaS Product Explainer & Motion Design 🎬
For this project, I created a 32-second product animation for Kays, a digital platform focused on making international money transfers simpler and more seamless.
The challenge was to communicate a financial product and its cross-border payment experience quickly and visually, without overwhelming the viewer with technical information.
I approached the video as a visual journey starting with transactions and international currencies, moving into the Kays product interface, and ending with the core benefit: sending money home in seconds.
The animation combines motion graphics, UI animation, kinetic typography, transitions, compositing, and visual storytelling to turn a complex product into an engaging, easy-to-follow story.

Tools: After Effects • Premiere Pro
The goal: Make the product easy to understand, visually memorable, and ready for modern digital marketing.

No outside production team - I handled the whole thing, from the first storyboard to the final animation.
The video itself is a short promo built around Cymphony’s product, with a mix of UI, typography and 3D throughout.
A lot happens in under a minute, but this is one of those projects where the final result stayed very close to what I had in mind from the beginning.

Motion is a way to take something complex and give it rhythm, structure, and meaning.
That’s where I believe motion design makes the difference: not by adding movement to every frame, but by knowing what to show, what to leave out, and where to guide the viewer next.
Because when the story is clear, the product has a better chance to be understood.💭
Knowing what to leave out is the hardest part to explain to a client who wants everything moving at once. Do you talk them down from that up front, or just let a restrained first draft make the case on its own?
