Skincare Market Explainer — Data Motion Graphics & Editing A data-driven explainer on why the global skincare market is exploding — and how K-beauty drove it. The script is dense with figures ($196B market, $5B in Korean cosmetics exports), so the visual job was to make numbers land without slowing the pace.

Built around animated data reveals, map-based export visualizations, and clean infographic sequences that keep a narration-only video watchable end to end. Typography and color pulled from the beauty industry's own visual language — soft, editorial, premium.

Brand identity for INNO100, a flagship retail store in Shenzhen showcasing 100 of the world’s most innovative products.

The challenge was to position the brand as premium, fashion-aware and future-facing — without defaulting to the usual cold tech aesthetic.

We combined a soft, atmospheric palette with flowing patterns inspired by city skylines, circuit boards and natural forms. The result is a flexible identity that works across the physical store, packaging, digital touchpoints and brand guidelines.
