Developing the smart contract of the Elyx Genesis Para11e1 collection, the first NFT collection of Elyx, the Digital Ambassador of the United Nations (UN).

This project was about engineering the embedded software of the device, the backend to manage the fleet of devices, the API they connect to and the mobile app.

I was leading the B2C team, which was in charge of developing the main product of the company. My aim was to emphasize effective communication & best practices
