Tolulope was an overwhelmingly amazing resource with strong leadership and design skills - he effectively led a team of 3 to produce solid designs that were scalable with strong underlying UX processes. I would hire Tolu in a heartbeat to lead a design and product team - he was hands-on and had strong product vision and design skills to also lead and delegate. If i were building an all-star design and product team, I would hire Tolu in a heartbeat to quarterback the team.
