This did not require much sculpting we modeled the iron man helmet in parts for easy printing purposes.

This only comprised of have a real life human picture and we replicated the face using 3d modelling and sculpting.

It consisted of having a modeled batman mask... then we had to to start structurally design the counter mold parts in order for it to be compatible.
