Customer Support Chatbot — answers FAQs, looks up live order status, and escalates unresolved queries to a human by email. Bilingual (Urdu/English).

Lead Qualifier Sales Agent — asks incoming leads about budget, location and timeline, saves qualified leads to Airtable (with duplicate prevention), and alerts the sales team by email the moment a lead qualifies.

Appointment Booking Agent — checks real slot availability, books directly into Airtable, and suggests alternative times when a slot is taken. Runs on a 3-model fallback chain so it never goes down.
