• Visual Design

  Visual design files, including mockups and prototypes, can be provided to the client. This also includes design files for logo, banners, images, etc.

• Product Catalog

  A complete listing of all products on the site, including descriptions, images, pricing and availability information.

• CMS Access

  The client receives access information to the site's content management system (CMS) to be able to easily manage the content of the site, including products, pages, images, etc.

• Documentation and Training

  Detailed documentation on site management, as well as training for the client and their team on how to manage the site independently.

  If web analytics is integrated, initial web analytics reports can be provided to show site performance.

• Policies and Legal Notices

• Security Certificates

  SSL certificates and other security certificates installed on the site.

• Access to Hosting

  If the hosting is managed by the service provider, access to the hosting and the domain name must be transferred to the customer.

  The order management system settings must be provided to the customer so that they can process orders efficiently.

  The commitment to post-launch support to resolve any technical issues, answer questions and make updates as necessary.
