I deliver MP3 (stereo, 44.1 kHz Bit rate: 256 kbps) and WAV (44.1 kHz, 24-bit) audio for finished episodes. All final episodes are mixed to podcast loudness standards at -16 dB LKFS with a true peak of -1 dB.
