FAQs

  • How does the approval process work during the project?

Our process is collaborative and structured in clear stages. For each critical phase, such as the logo and color palette, I'll present proposals for your review and feedback. Your approval is essential for us to move forward.

  • What if I already have a logo but need the rest of the visual identity?

No problem at all! My process is flexible, and I can work with your existing logo. I'll focus on refining and vectorizing it, and then develop the color palette, typography, supporting elements, animation, and the complete brand manual to build a cohesive identity.

  • Which files will be delivered for the final visual identity?

You'll receive a complete package with all logo files (vector: SVG, EPS; and web: PNG, JPG), the MP4 file for the logo animation, color codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK), font links and all supporting graphic elements (in EPS and PNG). Additionally, I'll deliver a detailed brand manual in PDF with usage guidelines, and visual applications in JPG and PDF mockups.

What's included

  • Logo and Its Variations

Your brand's core. Includes the main logo design and its essential versions (horizontal, vertical, icon/symbol) for adaptability. We perform a pre-existence check to ensure its originality in the market.

  • Color Palette

Your brand's visual language. Selection of primary and secondary colors with their respective codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK). The palette is tested for accessibility (contrast) and color blindness, ensuring inclusivity and legibility.

  • Supporting Typography

Your brand's voice. Definition of font families that complement the logo, ensuring readability and consistency across all texts. Typography is tested for special characters, accentuation, and proper functioning across systems.

  • Supporting Graphic Elements

Visual accompaniments that enrich the brand. Creation of patterns, textures, icons, or illustrations that reinforce the identity and can be used across various materials.

  • Logo Animation

Your brand in motion. An animated version of the logo optimized for digital use (e.g., videos, social media, intros), adding dynamism and memorability to your presence.

  • Visual Applications in Mockups

Your brand in action. Realistic presentations of how the visual identity performs in various scenarios (e.g., stationery, uniforms, packaging, website), helping to visualize its impact.

  • Visual Identity Guide

Your brand's manual. A comprehensive document with detailed guidelines for the correct use of all visual elements (logo, colors, typography, spacing), ensuring total consistency.
