How Many Days Would I Need?
It depends on the complexity of the project. The average time is one week from initiating the project.
What if I don't have brand guidelines?
No worries. I'll take inspiration from your website, or any digital asset you've created before (eBook, Brochure,...) and create the branded template. If you're in the early stage and have only a logo, we'll discuss more about your brand and how we best represent your core values and unique offerings within the design.
Do the templates include charts, graphs, and other data visualization tools?
There would be a section in the presentation guidelines that covers data visualization and how to customize them to communicate your message.
What if I have many applications (i.e. proposals, pitch decks, sales deck, project meeting...etc))?
I'll create separate templates based on similar presentation needs. If, however, you want one template that combines them all, I'll prepare it for you. (but this would be a hassle to deal with as you're going to sift through the layout to choose what suits you)
Do you offer any support or tutorials for using the templates?
Yes. I support you and your team until you create your first professional template. This includes: - Presentation guidelines (that are practical and illustrative) - Hands-on Guidance: I'll collaborate with your team members until they can use templates easily. - Ongoing support: One month after we finish the project.
Can you customize the templates with my own branding and content?
Yes.
Can You Create the Template on Google Workspace?
Yes. First, ensure you're subscribed to the business plan at least ($12/month). Notice that Google Slides and Google Workspace have some limitations comparing to PowerPoint (like the transitions and animations)

This document will act as a checklist for each team member and a training resource for new team members.
BONUS 01 (Ongoing Support)
And finally, you'll have ongoing support for 1 month. Any time your team struggles with something, they can reach out to me to solve this problem.
Bonus 02 (Google Slide Template Version)
Most businesses and startups use Google Slides because of its collaboration capabilities. I'll create another template version on Google Slides to make it easy for you to create a presentation. If you do have a Google Workspace account (starts at $12/month), I'll create a branded template that you can easily use in your workflow.
Bonus 03 (Figma Version) || UPCOMING
We all know how powerful Figma is in collaboration between teams. I'll create another template that you can use easily in Figma. NOTE: This is not available in the meantime.
