Our Process – From Brief to Final Deck

1️⃣ Kickoff & Discovery We’ll start with a quick call or briefing doc to align on your goals, audience, key messages, and the purpose of the presentation.

2️⃣ Content Review & Structure You share your content, and I’ll help refine it—streamlining the narrative, reorganizing slides if needed, and ensuring a clear, engaging flow.

3️⃣ Visual Direction & Moodboard I’ll propose a visual direction based on your brand or audience—setting the tone with references, colors, typography, and style choices.

4️⃣ Initial Design & Key Slides Design begins! I’ll create a few sample slides to nail the look and feel. Once approved, I’ll roll it out across the full deck.

5️⃣ Full Deck Design Every slide is designed with purpose—balancing clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal, using custom graphics and layouts where needed.

6️⃣ Feedback & Revisions You’ll receive a first draft to review. We’ll go through up to two rounds of refinements to make sure everything feels just right.

7️⃣ Final Delivery Once approved, I’ll deliver the final deck in your preferred format—ready to present, share, or hand off to your team.
