Product Design: Understand user pain points, frustrations, and behaviours when using a digital application, then I'd generate possible solutions to meet their needs, conduct a competitor analysis, to understand who my competitors are, what they are doing, and what I can do differently to stand out, create an information architecture to visualize the hierarchy of content for my product, come up with rough sketches and wireframes of my solution, conduct a usability test to understand what user experience, analyze user reactions, feedbacks and frustration, reiterate feedback on my final designs.
