Kit Account: An active Kit account (Free or Paid). If you haven't signed up yet, I can provide directions to get started.
Brand Assets: Your logo (PNG/SVG), brand color hex codes (e.g., #FF), and any high-quality images you’d like used on your landing page.
Physical Mailing Address: A valid physical address or P.O. Box to include in your email footers (this is a legal requirement for anti-spam laws).
Copywriting Brief: A brief summary of your business, your voice (e.g., professional, witty, casual), and the primary goal of your newsletter.
Lead Magnet (Optional): If you are offering a freebie (PDF, discount code, or checklist) to new subscribers, please have the file or link ready.

This specific service is for a fresh Zero-to-Launch setup. If you need to move subscribers, tags, and historical data from another platform (like Mailchimp or Substack, Behiiv), please check out my Kit Migration service, as that requires a more technical data-cleaning process.

Typically, the full build takes 5–10 business days. This accounts for the time it takes for DNS records to propagate (usually 24–48 hours) and for us to finalize your landing page design and email copy.
To comply with international anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM), all email service providers require a physical mailing address in the footer of every email. If you don’t want to use your home address, I can recommend a few virtual mailbox or P.O. Box options.
