Process

// Preliminary Discovery Meeting / RFP
-> 20-30 minute introductory call (Zoom) to understand your needs and decide whether it makes sense to move forward with the project and agree on rate.
// Project Agreement -> If project details are agreed, a simple agreement is sent across via DocuSign for signature including project scope, rate, and duration (if applicable).
If all preliminary steps successfully completed…
Step 1. Intake Call (30-minutes)
-> Zoom call to discuss the details of the position(s), recruiting strategy, interview process, and communication / execution preferences.
Step 2. Active Campaigning (Project Duration)
-> Stephen will actively source, screen, and fill out the job pipeline with the best talent while managing the candidates in accordance to the before-agreed approach. Campaign efforts will run tangential to a regularly recurring communication cadence with the hiring manager.
Step 3. Position(s) Closed / Project Completion
-> In line with the agreed project strategy, scope, duration, and success metrics the project will ramp down to a close. Project Completion is a highly communicative process in which the Hiring Manager (client) indicates to Stephen (recruiter) that the project needs have been met.
Step4. Project Post-mortem (Optional)
-> Review qualitative heuristics of the project outcome(s) and plan forward to future work, if desired.
