Process

Initial Consultation Call – A mandatory call to meet, discuss your brand, product division, and specific needs. This helps me understand your requirements and tailor the best possible service for you.

Needs Assessment – I will gather the necessary information from you that will help guide the manufacturing process, including product details, and any special requirements (e.g., eco-friendly, small batch, drop shipping).

Manufacturer Research & Curated List – I will research and compile a list of up to 10 apparel manufacturers that best fit your needs, including key details like production capabilities, pricing, and lead times.

Manufacturer Review – You will review the list and select up to two manufacturers that you’re interested in.

Manufacturer Coordination & Introductions – I will personally reach out to the selected manufacturers, initiate contact, and make introductions to kickstart the communication process.

Drop Shipping Inquiry (If Needed) – If drop shipping is a requirement, I will inquire with the chosen manufacturers about their drop shipping options and provide that information to you.

Follow-Up & Feedback – After the introductions are made, I will check in to ensure the process is moving smoothly.
