  Projects start at $2,500+, depending on complexity (e.g., number of products, custom features). We’ll agree on a fixed price upfront—no surprise invoices. Payment plans available!

• Can I make changes during the process?

  Absolutely! You get 2 rounds of revisions per page (homepage, product pages, etc.). Need more tweaks? We’ll chat about a small fee to keep things fair.

• Do I need tech skills to manage the site later?

  Nope! We’ll train you to update products, run sales, and track orders—no coding required. Think of it as “Shopify for Busy Humans 101.”

• What if I hate the design?

  We’ll nail your vibe in the first phase with mood boards and mockups. If it’s still not clicking after 2 concepts, you can walk away with a full refund.

• Will my site work on phones?

  Yes! We design mobile-first and test on iPhones, Androids, and even that ancient iPad your nephew dropped in 2018.

• Do you handle SEO?

  Basic SEO (meta tags, alt text, speed boosts) is included. Need keyword research or blog setup? Let’s add it to the plan!

• What about payment security?

  We’ll set up SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal). Your customers’ data stays safer than your grandma’s secret cookie recipe.

• Can you migrate my existing products?

  Yep! We’ll import up to 20 products for free. Beyond that, it’s $2/product (to keep my sanity intact).

• What happens after launch?

  You get 14 days of free support for tweaks. After that, we offer monthly retainers or à la carte fixes. No pressure—we’re here if you need us!
