  For the first round, we will understand your business goals, objectives, and strategy. Then, once we have a better understanding, we will discuss the type of services or products your business needs to focus on during the month. We will draft a conceptualization of all content pieces and share with you for approval. After approval, we move to the development phase, where all concepts become real. After feedback and approval, we will publish your content and make sure we are on top of moderation to answer your customers/followers questions. We will analyze what type of content worked and what performed less in order to take out best practice for the month to come, and therefore provide you with a detailed report of your accounts' performance.
