For design requests I use Figma, and for development I use Webflow. I will also expand in the future to Framer.

I have chosen not to conduct calls or meetings as part of my design service. While I acknowledge the value of direct communication, I have found that scheduled calls can consume a significant amount of time.

In many cases, there is a natural tendency to delay starting other tasks before a call and to spend additional time regaining focus afterward, resulting in overall time inefficiency.

My goal is to optimize productivity and deliver efficient design solutions by utilizing alternative channels for clear and effective communication.

With your subscription, you have the freedom to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like. I will diligently work on them one by one, ensuring focused attention to detail.

For Webflow, a request can refer to a page or a section, but not an entire 10-page site.

Sometimes, maybe you won't have any design requests. No need to waste that money. If you currently have a limited number of design requests, my subscription offers the convenience of pausing your service.

For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 16 days before deciding to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted. This ensures that you have 15 remaining days of service to be utilized at your convenience in the future.

You can't pause your full-time designer and send him home.

I provide extensive flexibility in the design request process through Trello. Clients have various options to request designs, such as directly using Trello, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even presenting a concise brief through a Loom video recording (for those who prefer verbal communication).

You can pause your subscription once your request is completed and reactivate it whenever you have additional design needs.

Rest assured, there's no need to let the remaining subscription period go unused. I value your satisfaction and want to ensure you make the most of my services.

Providing revisions is a straightforward process. In Trello, I have created specific labels for cards to facilitate seamless communication.

Simply assign the "Revision Needed" label to the relevant card, and I will promptly address and incorporate your requested revisions.

This streamlined approach ensures clear and efficient collaboration, making the revision process a breeze.

Once you join your dedicated Trello board, you will discover a link to access your personalized customer portal. Through the customer portal, you can conveniently log in and manage your subscription.

This includes the ability to make changes to your subscription, such as canceling or pausing your plan, according to your needs. The customer portal provides you with a seamless and user-friendly interface to handle your subscription details with ease.

Regrettably, I do not offer refunds for my services. The creative process demands significant effort and research to deliver high-quality designs within tight timelines.
