For the past decade I've been managing the creation of all kinds of great digital products and experiences. I did this on agency-side and in-house. For startups to corporates, from financial to culture biz. I am at my best in fast-paced environments and or consultancy-settings, delivering on innovation projects.

For some projects I start at the initial sales phase where I sit with the client and develop a proposal based on needs. Here I create a project plan with global timeline, process and deliverables and budget listed in detail. After the sale, the timeline gets more detailed out together with the team. A Kickoff is planned and we can start. Most of the focus is then on UX and Art direction to create a concept. After the concept is signed off, the Design and Development is sold and executed. I manage this via Scrum processes with daily standups etc. The launch-phase includes testing often by client and internal team. After all is done, we sometimes do a retrospective to improve.
