A mascot that simply sits there as a flat image is a missed chance. The same character can greet users, respond to clicks, change expressions, or guide someone through onboarding if it is designed to move.

I manage the entire process, regardless of where you begin. If you already have artwork in a brand kit, we can go directly to rigging. If you don’t have a mascot yet, I will create one from scratch. It will be simple, expressive, and designed for animation from the first sketch, rather than added on later. It will be ready for your development team to use right away.

Concept & Character Design (if needed): This includes discovery and creative direction, initial sketches, and exploration rounds. Already have artwork? We skip this step and move straight to rigging.

Character Rigging: A clean bone and mesh structure designed to move convincingly.

Interactive State Machine: A natural idle loop, hover and click reactions, and a set of expressions wired with reliable transitions. There will be no stuck loops or jank between states.

Interactive Triggers: Inputs set up for click, tap, or hover, including booleans, triggers, or number inputs, tailored to your app or site needs.

Developer-Ready Handoff: The final .riv, clearly named inputs and states, and implementation notes for React Native, Flutter, Expo, or the web.
