All design resources will be provided based on client requirements, including main working files (.fig, .psd, etc.), along with images and fonts used. Deliverables will be prepared in the requested resolutions and variants, ensuring they meet project specifications.
UPON PROJECT COMPLETION
All licensed project files, will be provided in an organized and structured manner, including all resources used in producing the final output.

Production time varies depending on the service type and project complexity. The timeline will be discussed and determined after our initial meeting, ensuring it aligns with the client's specific needs and requirements.
Yes, I am open to working under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive project details. If required, I can review and sign an NDA before the project begins to guarantee that all proprietary information remains secure and undisclosed. Let’s discuss any specific terms you may have.
The software and tools used depend on the requested service. The production process may involve a mix of: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI Tools and Notion.
Communication will start via Contra, with additional options available based on project needs, including: Email, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet.
Extra charges may apply in cases of excessive revisions, where the project undergoes multiple high-time-consuming corrections. Typically, up to three major revision rounds are included in the production process. Post-approval changes may also incur additional fees if a storyboard or design concept has been approved and later requires modifications that impact the overall workflow. Additionally, licensed content requests for specific author-licensed assets not covered by Envato Elements & Freepik may result in extra costs unless the client provides the required content.
Client satisfaction is my top priority, and I ensure this by closely aligning with project goals and implementing necessary revisions. In my experience, dissatisfaction is extremely rare. However, if the final result remains unsatisfactory after multiple major corrections, a 50% discount will be applied as a resolution, along with a contract for single-use licensing.
Upon delivery, the client is granted full licensed rights, allowing them to modify, reuse, and resell the deliverables, provided they do not violate any third-party licensing restrictions related to assets, fonts, music, or other external content used in the project. Exception: If a 50% discount is issued due to dissatisfaction, the project will be provided under a single-use license, meaning it can only be used once and cannot be modified, resold, or repurposed.
Yes! Upon delivery, there is a 3-month warranty period, during which any issues that arise will be addressed and fixed. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience, giving you confidence in the final deliverables.
