• Ideation and design thinking

  Web applications can range from complex to basic. To determine customer, business owner, and product needs, we should organize an ideation and design thinking workshop. This will help us create a roadmap for the product, including various user stories and epics.

• Slicing the work in scopes and user stories

  The Project Manager/Scrum Manager is here to help us create work items into tasks and scope them. This will help us understand what the platform/application will have in terms of functionality. It also helps me to know what to base my wireframes on. I have the knowledge to help with this task too.

• Wireframes and clickable prototypes

  For each page, functionality, and scope, I create high-fidelity wireframes to simulate user actions.

• Design System

  We need to create a web compliant (WCAG) design system to help us build and shape our web application. This will be a lifesaver for both designers and developers.

• Designs

  Design the wireframes using components from the Design System. This will ensure developers can easily understand the designs and do the front-end slicing.
