Maintain a positive, inclusive, and curious classroom environment where all students (ages 0-6 yrs) can thrive developmentally and inclusively. The goal is to impact faculty using professional development achievements and monitor data on the effect of student performance to drive instruction and intervention with the support necessary to meet mentorship goals.
