About this service

Summary

Some Guidelines to Better Understand Each Other.
1. Provide Clear Project Brief: Clearly communicate your project requirements, objectives, and vision. Provide a detailed brief that includes information about the target audience, desired style, tone, and any specific technical specifications.
2. Share Relevant Footage and Assets: Supply all necessary footage, images, audio files, logos, and other assets required for the project. B-ROLL footage (stock footage, images, etc) are not necessarily a most to be provided, but if you have specific footage in mind, please provide a link to it.
3. Set Realistic Timelines: Establish realistic timelines for the project, taking into account the complexity of the editing required. Allow for sufficient time for revisions and iterations, as rushing the process may compromise the quality of the final product.
4. Communicate Expectations: Clearly communicate your expectations regarding the style, pacing, and overall feel of the edited video. Provide references or examples if possible, as it helps me understand your preferences and vision.
5. Maintain Open Communication: Establish a clear line of communication. This can be via email, Slack, or any other collaboration platforms that you are more comfortable with (Monday, Asana). Open and transparent communication fosters a productive working relationship.
6. Provide Feedback: Once the project is completed, provide constructive feedback and express appreciation for their efforts. I might ask for a short reference for LinkedIn or similar job websites. This encourages a positive working relationship and future collaborations.
7. Set Rates and Fees: Before starting, is important to establish HOW the project is going to be charged. I am open to work by a fixed hourly rate and discuss how many hour it might take. I also am open to work on a fixed Per Project rate, according to the complexity of the video production.
