About this service

Summary

Responsible for entering payables due to contractors, sub contractors and suppliers to
the company’s internal accounting software
• Follow established procedures for processing cash receipts on rentals, sale of houses,
industrial products, and estate management fees.
• Regularly communicate with customers in Australia and New Zealand giving assistance
and answering general accounting queries
• Process data entries from sales, purchases, signed settlements, and contracts from
establishment to completion.
• Ensures accurate disbursement of money to all parties including commissions to
company and salesmen.
