About this service

Summary

You will receive stunningly realistic renders of your architecture proposal in context and occupied. Visualisations are an opportunity to tell a story, illustrate a mood or atmosphere and convey a building's purpose.

The final compositions will be rendered at 4K and delivered as an image or video (jpg, png, mp4, mov, etc).

Process

Preliminary Modelling

After receiving the relevant source materials, I will begin building the scene.

Relevant materials are 3D models, plans/sections/elevations, sketches or photo references.

Setting the Camera

I will provide 2-3 clay render (untextured) proposals.

After the camera is set it should not be changed.

Detailing

Lighting, textures and furniture will be added before I send you HD renders (1080p) for comments.

Revision

In response to your feedback, I will make adjustments to the models, textures or lighting.

Colour Grading

Once you are happy with the final composition and design, I will grade and balance the image.

Delivery

You will receive the final, photo-real image(s) in high resolution (2K, 4K, 4K+).

FAQs

How many revisions?
Typically a render only needs 1 or 2 revisions if the groundwork has been done right. You can decide how many you need before we begin or change your mind during - I'm flexible.
How many renders?
1 or 10, this is completely up to you. The more you do, the lower their cost.
What if I want to change the camera?
If you decide you want to move or rotate the camera after it has been set, the work done up to that point will have to be paid for. The camera, and subsequently the scene, will be reset. Some leeway may be allowed at the discretion of the artist.
