I've held various leadership positions over the years in which I've been given no direction. I take the initiative to 'figure it out'. I intuitively sense what people are looking for. I over communicate, providing updates consistently so everyone on the team is in the loop with my progress. I do this to build trust when I am working with someone new. With a background in storytelling, my creative, design and marketing skills at the expert level. I advise with professionalism and empathy. I am a millennial. However, I have a full understanding of gen z in addition to the older generations as I have helped launch products to a variety of target markets of all age ranges. I take constructive criticism well. My goal is always to ensure the best end results possible. I don't let my ego get in the way of that.
