What is the process of us working together
Free Discovery Call; The point of this call is to accurately determine your needs (scope of project, deadlines etc.) and assess compatibility in terms of time frame and working style Project Proposal; If we are both aligned on this project, expect a proposal which will include - A summary of what was discussed on the call - An outline of how to achieve pre-communicated goals - Defined deliverables and goals - Estimated resources required Onboarding and Kickoff Call Upon approval of proposal we will; -Share necessary resources -Decide on start date and starting -Create project management board - Set preferred working rules (platforms to be used, working hours etc)
What's included
Project Progress Tracker
A progress tracker available on preferred project management software (Notion, Trello, Asana), illustrating; - Overview of project progress (time, budget, tasks) - Deliverables necessary for project completion their status and expected deadlines - Milestone tracker - Resources manager This will ensure full transparency between all involved parties
Progress Presentations
To be held at a regularly agreed upon timeline. These presentations will contain; - Summary of update thus far - Update since last presentation - Overview of challenges and wins faced in execution of deliverables - What to expect at the next presentation (next steps) This will enable the team to accurately assess progress, identify issues and concerns, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track

Expect the completion of the project based on a pre-agreed upon timeline and deliverables *Subject to change in timeline
