Progress Presentations
To be held at a regularly agreed upon timeline. These presentations will contain;
- Summary of update thus far
- Update since last presentation
- Overview of challenges and wins faced in execution of deliverables
- What to expect at the next presentation (next steps)
This will enable the team to accurately assess progress, identify issues and concerns, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
Project Completion*
Expect the completion of the project based on a pre-agreed upon timeline and deliverables

The point of this call is to accurately determine your needs (scope of project, deadlines etc.) and assess compatibility in terms of time frame and working style

- Defined deliverables and goals

Onboarding and Kickoff Call
Upon approval of proposal we will;
