These are steps I take in carrying out projects.

Research: it could be either in form of user questionnaire or user interview, the aim is to identify the needs and painpoint of customers from the result I will prepare my UX Persona.

Ideate: Here is my brainstorming stage, sketching and preparing my Wireframes as well as development of my design concepts.

Prototyping: here,I develop a model of how my product will respond while in use.

Prepare my User Flow: it's a flow chat that guides the user on how to make use of the product to carry out specific task.

Testing: Here I share the link to the prototype to some selected user and permit them to carry out several task and get feedback from them on their experience carrying out the task.
