Summary
Perform review of QA process from start to finish to isolate shortfalls and time consuming approaches that can be handled in as more efficient method. Provide feedback and potential solutions for company that can be implemented to reduce workload on QA and improve reliability of deployments.
Process
1) Perform a high level review of QA process from code being deployed for testing to final Green/Blue Testing.
2) Review implementations of Black/White Box Testing methods and compliance with Agile methodology.
3) Observe QA Engineer/Tester to understand process they go through (if available).
4) Compile data and deliver to client.
What's included
Detailed Review of QA Process and Improvements
Will provide a top down review of the entire QA process while looking for areas that can be improved on and recommendations on changes including leveraging automation (if applicable). This will be broken down in a Word/Google Doc to provide to the Senior Staff to work with their Quality Assurance Team(s) to implement.
