Outcome

I can do it without hiccups: we can extend our call or schedule another communication (via a call or email) to discuss the problem in-depth and agree on the deliverables, milestones, deadlines and fees.

I can do it but with a bit of more research: I will indicate my experience to make sure that you are comfortable proceeding and we might discuss a discounted rate if I think it's a good learning opportunity for me.

It's outside of my domain: I will let you know so I don't waste your time and if I know someone or something to put you on the right track, I will make sure to share it with you

(Optional) To fully take advantage of the 30-minute free call, I'd recommend that you share with me before the meeting by a few days more information about your business and problem, this can also include things that you have tried or considered, any constraints or blockers, your timezone and your schedule (an actual calendar or just a couple of free slots on your week to do the call)
