• Proposal and Agreement

  Choose how the report will be delivered: • Screenshots with annotations of selected screens/pages in a Google Doc • Loom walkthrough video of me talking through each screen • Comments directly in your Figma document for your team to be informed on Gather access to the existing product, relevant documentation, and any necessary resources.

• Detailed Audit Report

  Included in the audit: • Analysis of competitors to identify industry standards and best practices. • Evaluate the existing product against established usability heuristics. • Check for accessibility compliance and identify potential improvements. • Findings and actionable recommendations. • Prioritization of recommendations based on impact and feasibility.
