Summary
Practical and comprehensive dietary consultation, only for physical training.
Process
The client:
I would first like to know if you have any long-standing chronic metabolic, endocrine, cardiovascular, autoimmune or gastrointestinal diseases as well as food allergies.
Then, I would require a current blood glucose reading, a body temperature reading and 3 blood pressure readings at the time of the interview, your bodyweight in kilograms and height in metres.
After that, you would need to explain the nature and intensity of your workout.
Me:
If all of the above have been answered, I will provide you with a diet plan specific to your daily needs.
After creating the diet plan, I would gain input from you regarding the financial and gustatory practicality of it and hence finalize it.
