Internationalization setup
A.k.a. localization, translation, i18n, l10n.
I don't know all the languages in the world, but I can set up a platform so that people who do know them can easily translate your extension through a simple-looking website, even from their phone.
Machine-translated pre-fill is also possible.
Free maintenance for 3 months
I.e. minor features, bug fixes, store listing updates, replies to user feedback, if you will.
