Summary

A 6 week fitness program based on YOUR individual goals.
Nutritional guidance and check ins daily to ensure your mental/ physical and spiritual health is in check.
Demonstrations of the exercises that you will be performing throughout the 6 weeks.
I will be checking in with you x3 a week. So don’t worry it won’t be daily. But i do advice my clients to take active rest days .

  • What if i’m not happy with my results

    I will work with you for as long as you want until you get them. I will not keep my eyes off you. I am counting on you and i want you to put in the work to get to where you want to be. I will merely hold you accountable 🩷

  • What if i don’t like a certain food or exercise?

    Don’t worry i will leave it out and create a program that is completely individualistic and based on your personal preferences .

  • Is it going to be hard?

    I will admit yes. It won’t be easy. But it will be the final chance for you to show up for yourself. After you get me as a coach i can guarantee you will never need me ever again. Once i give you the tools you will be empowered forever.

What's included

  • Loose weight in an expected period of time eg 3 -6 weeks

    If you have a wedding / party / event that is coming up and you want to drop body fat and become fitter , I will do check in with you daily , offer you a weekly program. I will check in with you VIA zoom to ensure you are adhering to the program and monitor what you are eating .

  • If you are bulking / gaining weight in a certain amount of time eg 3/6 weeks

    If you have goals to put on weight i will monitor/ track your eating and check in with you daily for approx 45 minutes to ensure you are adhering to the program . I will offer you a weekly program for 6 weeks monitoring you daily . Showing you how to perform each exercise and being there by you via zoom.

  • Lean physique / added muscle

    If your goal is to drop body fat or to get more muscular i will ensure you get close to your goal.
