Process

Gaining brand awareness 👀

Includes a 30-minute call with you (+ your team) to better understand your goals for your social media channels, as well as get to know your brand's aesthetic, tone, and style, and comprehend what brands inspire you on social media.

Creating the social media strategy

After having our discovery call and defining the delivery date for the project, I craft a month's worth of visually coherent, compelling, and aligned content for the defined social media platforms we have established, starting at 3. For example: X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Delivering the project 📥

With the content brought to life (carousels, short form videos, images) alongside their social media copies, I send everything to you for your (+ your team) to review. After two rounds of revisions, the content is ready to go!

Publishing the content

After developing a monthly content calendar plan based on the posts created for the project, I will publish the content on your social media platforms, following the ideal timings and the preferred order of the social media posts, to ensure a strong brand storytelling and a higher reach with your audience.

What platforms do you manage?
I primarily manage content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. My fast-learning skills allow me to adapt to new platforms while ensuring your brand continues to have aligned content in all the different social media channels.
How often will you post content?
The frequency of posting depends on your social media goals and each platform. As a workflow, I’ll propose a content calendar schedule up front, and we’ll align on a frequency that evolves your current social media posting, geared toward your brand's growth.
Do you also create the content, or do I need to provide it?
Yes! I create the content end-to-end: from scriptwriting and filming to video editing (using Final Cut Pro) and graphic design elements (with Canva). At the start of every project, we collaborate to define the scope, and you share the brand guidelines to ensure the content aligns with your brand's image.
What’s your typical turnaround time for creating the content?
The turnaround depends on the type and volume of content, but typically, I deliver short-form videos ( Reels, TikToks) within 3–5 business days, static posts or carousels within 2–3 business days, and scriptwriting and longer-form content usually take 5–7 days to create, depending on complexity. That being said, I’ll always clarify the expected delivery time during our initial discovery call based on scope and urgency.
