First and foremost I hold a lot of value as a storyteller what the person across of me expects of me and the vision they have for the strategy, project,concept, feeling, stor or message. The debrief of what they "need" from me is the foundation I lay to make the request to deliver something exceptional. During those conversations I will get answers who the audience is and who is suppose to hear the story. Also what the core message will be and how I can define it. After we've established that I can decide what and how I am going to tell the story. In that way I can come up with an call to action that the client desires. All those things will lead to a clear storyboard in which medium the story get poured in. With all the above I can finally write the meaningful solution to the question posed by the client.
