Community Management
The Client will receive community management on their social media channels (platforms to be discussed and agreed upon). Community management will include interacting with fans on posts, monitoring comments, and escalating concerning comments up to the appropriate staff member. The days and times for community management will be agreed upon ahead of time. A flat rate can also be discussed if the Client is seeking a more overarching community management strategy.
Copywriting
In addition to community management, I am able to write social copy for content that will be posted to the Client's social channels. The content will be provided by the Client.
Customer Service
Depending on what service or product the Client is providing to their customers, I am able to provide some light customer service support, such as directing them to a link to a product they are looking for, or providing an email where they can reach the customer support team.
