Project Scoping: We will begin with a series of calls to understand the project and determine the scope of the project, the business requirements that need to be translated
Planning and Preparation: Define milestones, Technical, and Design planning.
Design Phase: Iterative UI/UX design with interactive prototypes.
Development Phase: Building the webapp.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Functional Testing, Performance Testing, cross-Browser Testing, Accessibility Testing.
Deployment: Deploying the webapp on the cloud,
Post-Lauch: Monitoring the webapp in its live environment, fix bugs that show up, and implement minor changes. Handover the deliverables, and conduct trainings if necessary

    You will receive an organized and well-documented source code delivered via a Git repository, including README files and instructions on setting up and running the application locally. and deploying instruction for preferred cloud providers.

  • Documentation

    Technical Documentation: Explanation of the architecture, APIs, and technology stack. API Documentation: For any exposed APIs, with details on endpoints, request/response formats, and authentication.

  • Support and Handover

    Training Sessions: If agreed, sessions to familiarize the client with managing the web app. Post-Launch Support Plan: Details of any ongoing support or maintenance services (if part of the agreement).
