Summary

I will create a full rebranding project including a logo, colour schemes, typography, guidelines etc. I will also create social media templates that you can use to go along with your new branding. This is ideal for upcoming brands that need to establish a strong brand identity, or for established brands that want to refresh their current look!

Process

What Does The Process Look Like?

Discussion Stage:

To start, I like to schedule a 1:1 call with you/your team and send you a short brand questionnaire. This is meant to streamline the process for both of us, giving you space to give a brief explanation of your goals, vision, brand story, audience, timeline and budget. Once we have established these key elements, we can begin working towards creating your dream brand.

*Mood Boards Stage:

Based off our previous discussion, I'd like to present those ideas in a more visual way; I will conduct research and compile a mood board of simular brands, imagery, fonts, colours, aesthetics and more. These mood boards are meant to paint a picture of how your described brand could potentially look in practice, and helps iron out and uncertainty around your vision before we properly delve into branding.

Once this is ready, I can share the created mood board with you for feedback to go over in a call or message exchange. Once you're happy with your mood board, we can proceed with the next steps.

Brand Book Concept Stage:

With the feedback giving in the previous stage, I will create a Brand Book concept complete with colours, fonts, logo creation, mockups application and brand elements

I will also explain the reasoning and vision on each slide to guide you through not only my thought process and creative decisions for the brand, but to also give you the necessary info for application to maximise the use of your branding.

Refinement Stage:

Once you've reviewed the brand book, we will act on fine tuning any decisions that don't harmonise with your vision for the brand. At this stage i emphasise collaboration as we can go as far as 2 revision rounds to fine tune your brand-book.

Final Delivery Stage:

Once you are satisfied with your branding, we can wrap up the process! I will send you the final files, complete with all the relevant formats, assets created, fonts, colours etc so you can put your branding in motion across all platform mediums.

What if I have a clear vision for my brand, but am unsure of specifics such as budget, timeframe, etc
For clients with a less established brief for their brand, I have a short google doc survey I can send them that covers these areas, its also a good way to streamline the process for both of us and to expand and explain your brand.
How flexible is the modifications process?
I aim to carry out 2 revision rounds to properly refine your vision.

Brand-Book Package.
I will create a brand-book package for your brand/event, complete with colour palettes, mood-boards, font-use, guidelines and mockups, along with necessary materials created along with it.
Revamped logo.
I will also create a logo to go with your new branding if needed.
Colour Pallete.
I will curate a brand palette that matches your branding.
Social media templates.
I will create templates you can apply to IG, Twitter, LinkedIn and any other avenues you wish for me to account for (this can be discussed).
Branding in action.
I will create various mockups to show how your branding will function in action (clothing, tote bags, packaging, signs, advertising, social media posts, etc)
Font research.
I will research and apply an appropriate font to suit your new branding.
Illustration elements/assets
I will also provide illustration assets for your branding based on your vision for the brand (both working file and PNG/needed formats).
