I help experts and service businesses turn specialized knowledge into a structured gated digital program people can understand, buy into, and use.
The first step is not jumping straight into pages. It is creating the plan: who the program is for, what the member journey looks like, how the content should be organized, what should be gated, how checkout or application paths work, and what the owner needs to manage after launch.
This sprint gives you a clear implementation blueprint before a full build begins.
Deliverables may include:
Offer and audience clarification
Public-to-member journey map
Curriculum, module, and lesson structure
Member portal architecture
Content and resource library plan
Checkout, access, or application-flow plan
Admin and owner handoff workflow
Build roadmap with launch priorities and open decisions
This is a good fit if you already have expertise, rough materials, client notes, workshops, videos, or a service model, but need a practical system for turning it into a premium digital program.
Visual Planning Example
When useful, this sprint can include a simple visual architecture mockup or screenshot-style planning board. The goal is to make the structure easy to review before a full build begins: public offer flow, member dashboard, module or lesson path, resource library, checkout/application path, and owner admin workflow.
This gives you something concrete to react to, share with collaborators, and use as a guide for the next build stage.
Fixed Project Pricing
This service is priced by the job, not by the hour. Estimated hours may be used for planning, scheduling, and scoping, but payment is based on the agreed deliverables and project stages.
Staged Milestone Payments
The project is completed in fixed-price stages through Contra escrow. Each stage must be funded before work begins. Work on the next stage will not begin until the previous stage is approved/paid, the next stage is funded, and the required client materials have been provided.
Scope Changes
If the client requests work outside the agreed scope, new deliverables, extra revisions, additional pages, new features, or major changes after approval, that work will require a new fixed-price milestone or updated project agreement before it begins.
Client Delays
The client is responsible for providing all required content, assets, logins, approvals, and feedback needed for each stage. If required materials are delayed by more than 5 business days, I may pause the project, reschedule the next stage based on availability, or end the project for non-cooperation. Completed and approved milestones remain payable.
