We will get the client's requirements over a single or series of calls with screen shares, screen recordings to make sure to get all the necessary requirements on the page
Creating a Kan-Ban board
Creating all the required tickets to perform the tasks mentioned to cleared up in the previous step. New requirements will be added by the client and we work on those based on the priorities set by the client
First Deployment
First deployment will be done with basic running app with authentication flow complete and some other minor functionalities complete. Majority of the front end and back end work will be pending at this stage
A cycle of deployments
After this a cycle of deployments begin where we work in phases and deploy and get feedback from the client and tweak the product according to the client's needs
MVP
Finally, a minimum viable product is delivered and deployed on the hosting of clients choosing and by this point we can make sure that the client is getting at least a base version of the product and we are on track with the client's direction and delivering what he wants
