Hello, I’m Ed Muntz, I’m an experienced freelance web designer and developer, based outside of Philadelphia, PA. I’m highly responsive, provide websites in a reasonable time frame, and love partnering with with small business, non-profits, start-ups and entrepreneurs. 

How do you work with me?

I prioritize collaboration and open communication to ensure a successful partnership with my clients. We will use project tools like Trello, Google Drive and Markup.io to bring your website to life.

1. Consultation Call

We’ll start with a free discovery call where I can learn more about your needs and wants. It’s important for me to learn more about you and the goals you want to achieve.

2. Proposal and Contract

I’ll send you a project proposal based on what we discussed and a quote. I charge on a per-project basis, so there’ll be no surprises when it comes to budget.

3. Strategy

I talk with the clients and try to understand what type of content will work best to deliver the result we want, with all this information I start crafting the content to have a better idea of the final structure of the website.

4. Design & Development

The fun begins! I’ll keep you up to date throughout the whole design and development process. If at any point you have any questions, reach out and I’ll be happy to answer.

5. Project Launch

Congratulations! Your project is complete but our relationship doesn’t end there. I’ll answer any remaining questions and also provide any training/instructions that you may need.

6. Support

Every project comes with 30 days of post launch support. Breathe easy, as I’ve got your back. For additional support, I also offer WordPress Care Plans to meet your goals.
