A Metaverse project will require extensive creative brainstorming, art, design, and programming. We are essentially building a game where user objectives can include social interactions and commerce.
As we build, I will share artifacts of progress (videos, screenshots, prototypes) that can be used as marketing materials for the project overall.
1) Scope - Together, we'll decide what the requirements are for the project. We determine the necessary features, stretch goals, and responsibilities.
2) Story, Art, Interactivity & Design - We create a visual look and decide on all necessary interactions.
3) Prototyping & Preproduction - We gather, create or source all the necessary assets and prepare them for production. 3D files occasionally require extra work to make them ready for real applications. Busywork, like compressing images, sounds, 3d and video, is entirely automated. We also produce proofs-of-concept for interactions, gameplay including grey-boxed level designs
4) Alpha MVP - We put it all together into something approximating a complete project.
5) Pre-launch UAT - We send the 3D scene to a few target audience members to get early feedback and make adjustments and optimizations. There is always something.
6) Beta - We build the remainder by taking what we learned from Alpha and UAT. If it is multiplayer, this will include a stress test.
6) Launch - Tell everyone!
7) Maintenance - Ongoing development to ensure a continuous quality experience.
I will work for equity in the project, but an initial budget will be required to work long-term.
